2021 Applications & Forms
Laurel Run Swimming Association reserves the right to conduct a background check on prospective members. The failure to completely and truthfully answer all questions on the application may result in the denial of your membership application. Membership applications are subject to approval by the Board of Directors. The applicants will be contacted if membership is approved.
Laurel Run Swimming Association has three types of memberships as described below. As of this year, all three memberships share a single application. When filling out the application please make sure the appropriate membership is checked for your 2021 membership.

Trial Members
The Trial Member Application is to be used by new members wanting to defer the purchase of stock one year. This option is not available if any applicant been a member of Laurel Run in the past.
New Members
The New Member Application is to be used by new members wanting or required to purchase stock.
Existing Members
The Existing Member Application is to be used by current members who lost the application mailed to them. If you're an existing member that didn't receive your application, contact us to ensure you receive information in the future.
Laurel Run is now offering a payment plan to new and returning members who might have difficulty paying their dues because of unforeseen circumstances. Contact Board President, Lori Messner, for more details.
Stock Transfer
The Stock Transfer Certification should be completed if stock is being purchased from a former member, rather than being purchased directly from the pool.
Stock Sell Request
To be placed on the Stock Sell List, complete and mail the Stock Sell List Request to the P.O. Box or type and email your request to LaurelRunPool@gmail.com.
